宣伝の禁止

公募セッション(CfPへの応募によるセッション)では、自身の所属する会社の製品やサービスの宣伝は行わないようにしてください。 公募セッションでできること・できないことの例を以下に挙げます。

  • 自己紹介で所属会社を伝える:○
  • 会社の紹介:×(ただし、事例紹介などセッション内容に関連する場合は○)
  • 会社の事業・製品・サービス等の紹介:×(ただし、事例紹介などセッション内容に関連する場合は○)
  • 人材募集:×

行動規範の遵守

すべてのスピーカーは、行動規範に同意していただきます。

上記に関連して、セッション中はハラスメントに抵触する可能性のある表現は避けていただくようお願いいたします。


Restriction of advertising in the session

You cannot advertise any recruiting, products, services, or whatever excluding OSS by the organization that you belong to, in the CfP session. Only sponsors of JJUG CCC are allowed to advertise any and we restrict it in the CfP session respecting our sponsors. We might reject your session video or request changing and re-recording it if it contained advertising and violated the superiority of sponsoring our conference.

Please consider being a sponsor if you want to advertise in the session.

We listed what you can or cannot in the CfP session in the following:

YOU CAN

  • Tell about the organization that you belong to as the minimum required for your self introduce
  • Introduce your organization as the minimum required for audiences to understand your session
    • For example, you can mention departments in your organization in the session for a case study that you improved the development process across departments
  • Describe any businesses, products, or services of your organization as the minimum required for audiences to understand your session
    • For example, you can mention an abstract, a user trend, and a traffic of your service in the session of improvement your service bottleneck
  • Use the slide template provided by your organization (However, please avoid presenting the company name or logo too much)
  • Demonstration using OSS developed, published, or contributed by your organization

YOU CANNOT

  • Introduce your organization beyond the minimum required for the audience to understand your session
    • For example, you cannot mention departments in your organization, while your session focuses on new Java language features
  • Introduce any businesses, products, services, and so on (exclude OSS) of your organization beyond the minimum required for the audience to understand your session
    • For example, you cannot mention the pros/cons of your service compared to other rivals, while your session focuses on improving the service bottleneck
  • Mention to recruitments of your organization
  • Demonstration using products (exclude OSS) provided by your organization whether it’s free or not
    • For example, you CANNOT demonstrate using the cloud service provided by your organization using the free trial account
    • For example, you CAN demonstrate using the tool developed by your organization if the source code of it is available under an OSS license
  • Directing audiences to your organization’s website (exclude OSS)

All attendances of JJUG CCC including speakers must agree and obey our Code of Conduct.

Please read our CoC carefully and you must avoid any representations that might violate the CoC or could be any kind of harassment in your session video and the conference.
